Our comprehensive service and support is available either on the customer site or at our calibration laboratory using the Return-to-Base Programme. As standard, pipette servicing and calibration includes the following:

Service

  • All manufacturers manual and electronic single and multichannel pipettes
  • Complete operation assessment of each pipette
  • Examination of all internal and external parts and internal cleaning
  • Overhaul of sealing system in accordance with manufacturers procedures
  • Manufacturers genuine parts used for all models
  • Notification given if major parts need replacing

Calibration

  • Adjustment where required
  • Calibration limits in accordance with manufacture’s specifications
  • Calibration sticker attached to every pipette
  • Calibration certificate supplied with each pipette
  • Full service report against serialised unit
