These models are internally spark-free and feature a standard door lock for added protection of samples. The heavy duty models are designed for busy laboratories, incorporating an upgraded refrigeration system with extra thick insulation, assisting in quicker recovery times when door is opened.

Electronic temperature control freezers also feature a standard door lock. Models 44444-60, 44444-62, and 44444-63 feature fixed freezing shelves and are internally spark-free.
