The CPC (Colder) PLCD Series quick disconnect ferruleless polytube (PTF) body and insert fittings, designed for semi-rigid tubing, have a 1/8" flow size, making them suitable for a wide range of general-purpose and chemical applications. The fittings feature an automatic shutoff spring-operated stainless-steel valve which closes and seals the fluid pathway upon decoupling, protecting the sterility on each side of the system.

Constructed from durable acetal thermoplastic, these fittings offer high strength, rigidity across a broad temperature range, and resistance to many mild chemical solutions. Alternatively, polypropylene versions provide enhanced chemical resistance, making them ideal for harsher environments.

An ergonomic thumb latch enables effortless one-handed connection and disconnection, even when wearing gloves. The fittings can withstand pressures from vacuum to 120 psi (8.3 bar).
