The single-use filling needles come ready to use—simply open, sterilize, and place in filling machines. Needles go through meticulous quality control checks to ensure consistent, repeatable performance across batches. Needles are constructed of high-quality 316L stainless steel needles with polycarbonate housing in an oil- and adhesive-free manufacturing process, minimizing introduction of foreign particles into the filling environment. Needle straightness of <2 mm/M allows for high-speed filling.
