Multichannel Pumping

My application requires the transfer of a number of various fluids at once. What's the best way to handle it?
Multichannel tubing pumps sound like the answer you are looking for.

How do they work?
Multichannel pumps accept snap-in cartridges that allow you to essentially control your whole process from a single pump. Depending on the model you select, up to 12 separate channels can be controlled.

Can I pump fluid, then, at different flow rates?
Sure. That's the beauty of the system. You can control the flow rates in multiple channels simply by choosing different tubing sizes for the various cartridges. That gives you all kinds of flexibility in a lot of applications.

How about pumping different fluids?
Another benefit of multichannel pump heads is the options it gives you. Since you have various channels pumping at once, simply select tubing formulations in each channel that are compatible with the specific fluids you are working with.

What if I want to vary the flow from different channels?
Simply remove or add channels as needed to transfer specific fluids at a particular time in the process. If your application requires enhanced control in dispensing different channels, you might consider a Digi-Staltic dispensing system that allows you to control up to four different pump heads from a single controller or from your computer.
