Meet your certification and documentation needs with the Thermo Scientific™ SureSTART™ specification certified vial caps. Level 1 products are cost optimized, suitable for all instrument types, and quality tested to deliver the performance, sample security, and reproducibility you need for everyday analyses. Level 2 products have very low metal contents, extractables, and leachables to ensure that they conform to the high standards you need to meet your regulatory requirements. Level 3 products are packed in clean rooms to protect against environmental factors. They contain the lowest levels of metals, extractables, and leachables to ensure consistent, reproducible sensitivity and selectivity for the most challenging analytes.

Caps are available in different closure types, colors, and septum materials to suit your application. AVCS™ screw caps incorporate Advanced Vial Closure System technology to ensure optimal seal compression when closing a vial. Snap caps can be snapped on and off by hand which eliminates the need for metal crimping and decapping tools. Crimp caps crimps tightly around the neck for a tight seal.
