These Orochem Orosil Gold C18 HPLC columns are uniquely designed for the separation of polar, semi-polar and nonpolar compounds at low to medium pH. Stationary phases use high purity silica gel.

Orosil Gold C18-HC stationary phase columns are high carbon-loaded phase containing 20% carbon and are fully endcapped. These columns feature a pH range of 2 to 8 pH.

Orosil Gold C18-Polar stationary phase columns are high carbon-loaded phase containing 19% carbon and feature a proprietary polar endcap. Columns are designed for difficult separations of polar and semi-polar compounds and have superior selectivity of basic compounds. The combination of high carbon-loading and polar endcapping produces a phase that contains high hydrophobicity and polarity making columns compatible with 100% aqueous phases. These columns feature a pH range of 2 to 9 pH.
