These pressure gauges are designed for critical process applications requiring medium to high differential and process pressure. Gauge accuracy is ±1% of span and is excellent as an overpressure sensing element for applications with high spikes and vibration. Gauges can be used in a variety of applications and are designed for panel mounting.
Gauges have a sensor cell that houses opposed high- and low-side Monel membranes in a Halocarbon fill. As the high-pressure side moves against the membrane, the movement is transferred to a torque-tube assembly, which moves the dial on the gauge face to display pressure reading. Models 68056-44 to -56 are NACE MR-01-75 compliant and have a 316L SS sensor cell with Monel membranes, and measure differential pressures to 600 psi overpressure
