Easily maintain fluid integrity using peristaltic pumps. Only the bore of the tubing contacts the fluid, eliminating the risk of the pump contaminating the fluid or the fluid contaminating the pump. Peristaltic pumps are great for use with most liquids, including viscous, shear-sensitive, corrosive, and abrasive fluids.

Control the pump speed from 2 to 400 rpm in 1 rpm increment. For continuous fluid transfer, manually control the pump using the keypad. Program the pump to dispense measured volumes of fluid as single doses, batches, or as a timed sequence of doses. Calibration feature incorporates the pump head and the tubing size to ensure accuracy in dispensed fluid amount. Set ramp speed to start or end pump at full speed or to accelerate or decelerate pump softly when dispensing. Activate drip control to reverse the pump briefly at the end of each dose to prevent drips.

The pump system includes a three-roller, rapid load pump head that accepts 1.6 mm wall standard tubing for flow rates from 0.06 to 2000 mL/min. The flip-top design of the pump head allows for quick and easy tubing load. Once the top closes, the tubing is placed in the correct position and with the correct tension. Simply set the tube clamps to the correct tube size. Use drive with single-channel, four-roller pump heads for lower pulsation or single-channel, 2.4 mm wall tubing pump heads for viscous fluids.
