Operate the pump from 1 to 200 rpm in 1 rpm increment to achieve flow rates from 0.001 to 120 mL/min. The pump system includes a four-roller pump head that accepts 0.5 to 4.0 mm bore tubing with 1.6 mm wall. The pump head is constructed of acetal roller assembly, aluminum rotor assembly, aluminum track, and stainless steel hardware.
