Taylor Digital Thermometer for Deep Fryers This Taylor Thermometer has been made with a special 9 stainless steel stem. The 9 stem makes this thermometer optimal for candy / deep fryer applications. The readout is digital and the adjustable head makes it easy to read at almost any angle. The stem has a special holder that allows for easy grip on the side of a deep fryer basket. The temperature ranges from -40F to 450F and -40C to 230C. Taylor Deep Fryer Thermometer Features: include a longer 9" (22.9 cm) stem and an adjustable pan clip ideal for larger batches. Adjustable head is viewable from any angle and the 1" (2.5 cm) LCD shows temperature in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
