Every ICP manufacturer has a specific group of elements at varying concentrations to determine instrument accuracy and reliability. Some have special calibration programs incorporated into their software; others give you information in their manuals.

• Instrument Check Standard 4 is a 500 mL bottle which contains 50 µg/mL (50 ppm) of Potassium; 10 µg/mL (10 ppm) of Aluminum, Arsenic, Copper, Lead, Manganese, Nickel, Phosphorus, Scandium, Sodium, Zinc; and 1 µg/mL (1 ppm) of Barium.
