The FreeZone® Triad® benchtop freeze dryer combines a benchtop lyophilizer with built-in stoppering tray dryer into one system for enhanced versatility. The Lyo-Works™ operating system in your FreeZone freeze dryer provides a real-time display of temperature and vacuum levels on a 5” touchscreen. Easily store up to 30 programs with up to 16 steps each for quick recall and repeatability of protocol. Data can be exported via the side-mount USB or rear-mounted Ethernet connections. Monitor samples at all times from your smartphone with email notifications on the status of your sample as well as alerts when set points are out of range.

Dryer utilizes two 1/3 hp refrigeration compressors capable of cooling the collector coil to –85°C (–122°F). Constructed with brushed stainless and epoxy-coated steel exterior and a 1"-thick acrylic door. Processing shelf can accommodate containers with stoppers up to a maximum height of 5-13⁄16" (148 mm).

Protect your vacuum pump with automatic shut-off if the vacuum level is higher than 5 mBar for 30 minutes. The vacuum break valve bleeds air into the system when power is shut-off for more than 5 minutes to prevent moisture from entering in the pump.

For a complete system, order a vacuum pump with a displacement of at least 98 L/min, 0.002 mBar ultimate pressure and fitting for ¾” ID vacuum tubing. Drying accessories and glassware sold separately.
