Economical cellulose nitrate (CN) membranes come sterilized by EtO and are individually wrapped. These hydrophilic membranes do not contain any extractable to inhibit or stimulate growth of bacteria, do not affect pH of the medium, and are suitable for both aqueous and protein filtration.
