More About this Item

Use these heaters as a dry, constant temperature source for various lab and research applications. All models have independent indicator lights to show main power, heater action, and over-temperature cut out. The “number of blocks accepted” on the ordering table indicate the number of single-width blocks accepted by each block heater. A heater that accepts two single-width blocks will accept one double-width block. Use three- and four-block models for high-throughput applications such as chemical oxygen demand (COD).

This quadruple-insert digital block heater heats up from 25 to 100°C in 7 minutes and achieves temperature stability of ±0.1°C at 37°C. Quickly set and view temperature on the 5-digit LED. Side panels help dissipate heat from the outer surfaces for safe handling. Adjust the countdown timer between 1 minute and 100 hours in 1-minute increments. Once the countdown timer has completed, it will beep and the unit will begin to cool to ambient temperature.
