These 81-place polypropylene freeze boxes withstand temperatures from -80 to 121 °C (-112 to 249.8 °F), and will not degrade with repeated thaws. Each box features an alphanumeric grid on the exterior and interior, stacking rings, and a matte surface suitable for markers or labels. Box top is clear for easy visual inspection of samples and bottoms are colored for additional identification and organization. Boxes fit in most 2” freezer racks and accommodate 0.5, 1.5, and 2.0 mL microtubes, and most brands of cryogenic vials.

Bundled for your convenience and savings, the boxes come with 2 mL cryogenic storage vials with external thread caps that combines polyethylene (PE) with a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), eliminating silicone O-rings for a safer sample storage environment. The vials are manufactured in a ISO Class 7 cleanroom in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO quality standards. Sterilized by gamma irradiation, they are packaged in resealable bags of 50. They are also certified to be DNase, RNase, pyrogen, ATP and human DNA free.
