Cavitation is the expansion and rapid implosion of microscopic gas or vapor bubbles produced when high-intensity ultrasonic waves are directed into a liquid. Use the meter to determine cavitation intensity in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, to check the effect of work baskets, fixtures, and workloads, and to compare energy levels from tank to tank.
