Horns are fabricated from titanium. The cup horn is ideal for processing samples that need to be completely isolated from the horn and tip. Simply fill the cup with liquid and place sealed sample containers in the cup's liquid. Ultrasonic waves are transmitted through the liquid and through the wall of the sample container.
