Designed for use in pathology procedures, drug and chemical compounding, and asbestos testing, these self-contained workstations protect you from harmful fumes and particulates. Polyethylene work surface resists most acids and is easy to clean; it measures 1/2" (1.3 cm) thick. Back baffle provides horizontal linear air flow with low turbulence. Angled clear polycarbonate shield over the large work area provides full visibility and is hinged for easy access to instruments or containers inside workstation. Face velocity is adjustable via front control knob for quiet and efficient operation. Total weight is only 82 lb (37 kg), which makes the workstation easy to move to other areas of your laboratory.

Workstations accommodate five different filters in any combination up to a 7" (17.9 cm) thickness. For particulate removal, order a prefilter for 60% efficient removal of particulates down to 5 µm and a HEPA filter for 99.99% efficiency down to 0.3 µm. Select a fume filter for your specific application—charcoal filter (for odor removal), formaldehyde filter, or ammonia gas filter. Models 33705-02 and -04 have a 7" x 7" (17.9 x 17.9 cm) cutout in the acrylic panel for a stereo microscope. Workstations measure 30"W x 33"H x 23 1/2"D (76.2 x 83.8 x 59.7 cm) overall with blower; work area measures 28 1/2"W x 15"H x 20"D (72.4 x 38.1 x 50.8 cm).
