Durable yet lightweight Highland® portable balances are packed with practical features for use in a lab or in the field, and in various educational and industrial applications. Easily calibrate the balances using the HandiCal® internal calibration feature; additional external calibration can be done using multiple weights.
Easily view measurements on an 18-mm high, 6-digit backlit LCD. Programmable backlight can be set to “always stay on”, “always off”, or “light only when weighing”. Low-battery indicator lights when battery needs charging; auto power-off feature conserves battery life. An audible alarm sounds when capacity is exceeded to help protect the balance from overload damage. Secure balance in place using a built-in security slot for a Kensington-type lock and cable (order separately).
