Visible/UV-Visible Spectroscopy

Visible/UV-Visible Spectroscopy
Visible/ UV-visible spectrophotometers are spectroscopy instruments that monitor the interaction of a substance with light from the visible part of the electromagnetic radiation spectrum. A visible spectrophotometer measures the absorption level of one monochromatic visible frequency at a time, and then sums up those individual absorption levels to draw a spectrum. An ultra-violet visible spectrometer uses a second lamp, usually deuterium, to measure light from 190 nm to 1100 nm. We have a wide variety of spectroscopy equipment including handheld models, and models with different levels of reproducibility, wavelength accuracy, and better sensitivity and resolution.
