More About this Item

The CPC® (Colder) MPC™/MPX® series back-to-back adapters provide an easy way to convert to industry standard connections or single-use systems. Connect a male insert and a female body to create a quick and secure fluid flow. These adapters provide an easy transition between multiple tubing sizes ranging from 1/8" to 1/2" ID. Simply use a plug to seal off the fluid pathway. Coupling halves can rotate when connected reducing tube kinks. Select from various termination size options to suit your application.

All connectors are made from animal-derived component-free materials, making them ideal for a wide range of biopharmaceutical, bioprocessing, and other critical-use applications.

Polysulfone is a rigid material with excellent strength, good chemical resistance; withstands repeated sterilization and higher temperatures than other thermoplastics. Its high hydrolytic stability allows its use in research applications requiring repeated high temperature autoclave and steam sterilization.

Warning: This product is not approved or intended for, and should not be used for, medical, clinical, surgical or other patient-oriented applications.
