Cole-Parmer® Essentials cell strainers are sterile, easy-to-use devices for isolating primary cells to consistently obtain a uniform single-cell suspension from tissues. Constructed of a durable polypropylene housing with nylon mesh filter, these cell strainers provide a faster, easier alternative to gauze or paper filtration. The elongated lip on the housing enable aseptic handling with forceps. Sterile strainers are gamma irradiated to eliminate the risk of cross contamination.
