Cole-Parmer Instrument Company announces a new line of affordable Cole-Parmerr filling systems for start-up and small-scale dispensing applications.
To customize your automated, high-efficiency system, select from a variety of benchtop dispensers (including Masterflex, peristaltic pumps) with dispense/copy mode capability. Purchase new benchtop dispensers or use your existing benchtop units with this system. Integrate up to six benchtop dispensers with PLC controls for maximum filling capacity. Filling systems are capable of handling vials or containers 1/2" to 3" in diameter and 1" to 12" in height.
Systems feature a durable, SS filler frame with four 5" diameter swivel casters and brakes. Each frame ships flat and is easily assembled with common tools. Optional accessories include a flat belt conveyor, foot switch, and infeed/outfeed container loading/unloading tray.
