Advanced design offers superbe capabilities
In response to increased customer demand for multi-variable flow measurement products, Cole-Parmer Instrument Company has entered into an agreement with Krohne, Inc. to distribute its line of precision coriolis mass flowmeters. These superbly manufactured products provide measurements for mass flow, density, and temperature, with a flow rate accuracy of ±0.1% for liquids.
The stainless steel KROHNE line includes traditional bent-tube flowmeter designs as well as straight-tube designs. Connections range from 3/64" to 3", with flow rates from 0.5 to 15,800 lb/min. Options are available for designs that meet 3A or ASME BPE sanitary requirements.
The converter features HART communication capabilities for easy integration into any serial communications control scheme. Options include up to three mA outputs, along with Modbus, and Profibus PA capabilities. Program the converter via a three-button keypad on the unit or by using Hall-effect magnetic switches that do not require removal of the protective cover.
