Noninvasive technology works with clean or dirty fluids

Cole-Parmer is proud to present the newest addition to its growing selection of flowmeters. The new Cole-Parmer® Ultrasonic Hybrid Flowmeter measures fluid flow using either the doppler or transit time method, making the meter suitable for use with nearly any fluid that can conduct sound waves.

The meter uses the latest advancements in digital signal processing (DSP), cross-correlation signal analysis, and a proprietary goodness-of-measurement algorithm to ensure accurate and reliable measurements. It is available in three different models: local display and full configuration, local display but no configuration, and no display or configuration capabilities for optimal security.

All models feature RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, and USB real-time communications connections. Flowmeters also have a 500,000 event datalogging capability and can write to a removable SD 32 MB memory card. Each flowmeter includes a noninvasive transducer that works with both clean and dirty fluids without causing leaks or declines in pressure. Transducer comes with two sets of acoustic coupling gaskets.
