Omnifit® HiT Chromatography Columns

Columns withstand temperatures up to 302°F (150°C)—use with heating block or jacket

Use the HiT-series chromatography columns for both reaction protocol and in-line purifications requiring higher temperatures. Glass, PEEK, and PTFE materials of construction withstand high temperatures, and are resistant to aqueous solutions and solvents used in liquid chromatography. Columns are designed for use in low to medium pressure applications.

Columns come with one fixed and one adjustable endpieces pre-assembled with 30 µm PTFE frits. Adjustable endpiece gives you the flexibility to modify the bed length up to 80 mm in height plus the ability to make fine adjustments while causing minimal disturbance to the packed bed. Each column is supplied assembled and ready to use, with all the tubing, fittings, and connections needed to get started.
