This HDPE solids sampler features a tip that opens to allow sample to enter and then closes to secure the sample and ensure the correct location was sampled. The ergonomic tee-shaped handle operates the mechanism to open and close the tip with a push/pull action. Sample sizes as small as 10 mL are possible.
