This transmitter incorporates circuitry that allows for very precise digital temperature compensation and calibration. Thermal errors are minimized by signal conditioning during manufacturing. By inducing sensor to recognize and compensate for thermal inaccuracies, the transmitter has very small temperature effect or thermal coefficients. Thermal error is only 1% over operating temperature range.
Typical applications include oil and gas production and control, test stands, compressor control, field equipment, hydraulic systems, and natural gas compression and transfer control. Designed for heavy-duty industrial applications, transmitters have zero and span access within casing and choice of two outputs. Sensor material is 17-4PH with stability of 0.5% full scale/year.
