Easily determine if a surface is dissipative, conductive, or insulative

This portable meter is perfect for quick checks of surface resistance for ESD control applications in electronics manufacturing or handling environments. Simply press and hold the test button until the bright LEDs display the reading level. Unit features an automatic test voltage selector allowing the test voltage to switch from 10 V to 100 V if the measured resistance exceeds 1 x 10E5 ohms. Two banana jacks and an electrode toggle switch allow for the connection of two optional external 5-lb electrodes that measure surface resistance point to point, or resistance to equipment ground.
