Use these butyrometers to measure the percent fat in dairy products. Butyrometers are precision calibrated and feature permanent graduations. Made of resistant borosilicate glass.
Order glass cups for Roeder and Van-Gulik method testing. Stoppers with special acid resistant rubber are available for all butyrometers. Both stopper 17425-15 and stopper pusher 17425-16 are required for milk and Kohler method testing; stoppers 17425-14 and -17 are required for Roeder and Van-Gulik method testing.
